1. Where we ship
We ship across India from 157, Nehru Nagar, Opp. B.R. Birla School, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342008, India.
2. Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
3. Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take longer. In Jodhpur, local delivery or pickup may be available — ask us on WhatsApp.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order. TODO: add free-shipping threshold if any.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, we'll send you the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
6. Delivery problems
- If the package looks damaged when delivered, please take a photo and tell us within 48 hours.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we'll trace it.
- If an address is wrong or nobody is available and the package returns to us, we may charge the re-shipping cost.
