Sankat Saathi is a smart QR sticker or tag for your vehicle, child, pet or belongings. If something goes wrong, anyone can scan it with a phone camera to alert your family, ask you to move your car, or return something lost — without ever seeing your phone number.

No. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR and open a simple web page. People with a basic keypad phone can call the helpline number printed on the sticker and enter the extension.

No. Sankat Saathi helps your family find out fast, and the scan page shows one-tap buttons for 112, 108 and other helplines. In any danger, always call emergency services first.

We are based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and ship across India. The QR works anywhere there is mobile network, and the keypad-phone helpline works on any phone.

Never. Calls go through a masked line, so neither side sees the other's number. The scan page only shows the type of tag and a short message you choose.

Your name, your family contacts, and alerts sent from your tag (time, location and photo if shared). We use it only to run the service, keep it secure, and delete it when you ask. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Scans are rate-limited, and you can switch alerts off, block repeated callers, or pause your tag from the owner app. Your number is never exposed, so they cannot call you directly.

Our stickers are made to handle rain, sun and dust. Clean the surface before you stick them, and avoid scrubbing the QR hard.

A sticker is made to stay where you first put it. If you change your vehicle, you can move your plan to a new sticker from the owner app or by contacting us.

Go to the Activate page, type the code printed on your sticker, and follow the steps to add your family contacts. It takes about two minutes.

They choose "Emergency", can take a photo and share the location, and tap "Call family". Your family gets an alert with the photo, location and time, and a masked call connects them. The scanner also sees buttons for 112 and 108.

Every sticker has a helpline number and a unique extension printed on it. Anyone can call from a basic phone, enter the extension, and be connected to your family.

No. The phone always asks for permission first. If they say no, they can type the place name instead.
